About me
My name is Krzysztof Moszyński, and I am a holistic life coach.
I used to heavily struggle with social interactions due to my difficult childhood and undiagnosed Asperger’s syndrome. Through a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, I was able to overcome my limitations, learning to connect with myself and others.
Now I use my experience of growth to help people who struggle with stagnation and isolation, empowering them to achieve a wholesome life, and create positive, fulfilling relationships with others. 🌱
My approach
Transformational, holistic
I look for deep causes of your issues, instead of staying at the surface level. To do that, I work holistically on all areas of your life — mind, health, life effectiveness, looks, relationships, finances, and so on.
Personalized, empowering
I don’t push one-size-fits-all solutions, but search for answers together. My goal is to empower YOU to deeply understand your issues and become powerful enough to learn how to solve them, independent from me.
Pragmatic, client-oriented
I am a coach, not a guru. I provide concrete value, instead of trying to get you hooked to vague, pseudo-religious frameworks. Every session with me pushes you towards concrete internal growth and/or practical progress.
